Yes. We offer free standard untracked shipping within Canada on qualifying orders over $50.

Yes. Local pickup is available in Regina, Saskatchewan. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange local pickup.

Tracking information is provided when a tracked shipping option is selected. Free standard untracked shipping does not include tracking.

We want you to be happy with your Tuloshi purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Depending on the quantity and availability, we can create coordinated handmade pieces such as jewelry sets, fridge magnets, key rings, miniature artworks, and other small artful gifts.
