At Tuloshi Studio, we carefully prepare and package every order so that it reaches you safely and beautifully. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. Any additional processing time will be noted in the product description or communicated to you directly.
- Exclusions: Processing times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, or transit times with shipping carriers.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently offer shipping to destinations across Canada.
Free Standard Shipping
- We offer free standard untracked shipping on orders over $50 CAD.
- Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
- Please note: Free standard shipping does not include tracking.
Tracked Shipping
- Estimated delivery time for tracked shipping is generally 3–8 business days after dispatch.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if a tracked shipping service was selected at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be strictly guaranteed.
Any ongoing free-shipping promotions or minimum purchase thresholds will always be clearly stated on Tuloshi.ca.
Local Pickup in Regina
Local pickup is available for customers in Regina, Saskatchewan.
- If you would like to pick up your order locally, please contact us before placing your order so that pickup arrangements can be confirmed.
- Detailed pickup instructions and location details will be provided directly once arrangements are finalized.
Packaging & Gifts
We take special care when packaging our handmade pieces, artwork, textiles, and other creations.
- Gift Options: Many Tuloshi items can be beautifully gift-wrapped and paired with a handmade card. If gift options are available for your item, you may select them during checkout or contact us for personal assistance.
- Direct Gift Shipping: If sending an order directly to a gift recipient, please double-check that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Delivery Delays & Issues
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, statutory holidays, carrier disruptions, peak seasonal volumes, or circumstances beyond our control. Tuloshi Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once dispatched, but we will happily assist you where possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
- Tracked Shipments: Please check the tracking link provided by the carrier first. If your package appears significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you with next steps.
- Untracked Shipments: Untracked shipping does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation. Tuloshi Studio cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit when an untracked shipping option is selected. If you experience an issue, contact us and we will do our best to help.
- Recommendation: For additional delivery security, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Tuloshi Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or re-shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
Damaged Orders
We package every order with high care. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit:
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged item and original packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, Tuloshi Studio primarily ships within Canada. If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable destinations, rates, and delivery details will be updated on Tuloshi.ca.
