At Tuloshi Studio, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, order cancellations, damaged items, and refunds.
Returns Policy
- Eligibility Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order on our part.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, personalization, or other product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the individual product description.
- How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide you with the correct return instructions and mailing address.
Order Cancellations
- Standard Orders: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation or production work has begun.
Damaged or Problem Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order:
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review the issue promptly and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Refund Process
- Processing: Once your eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arriving damaged.
