Welcome to Tuloshi.ca. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tuloshi Studio website and your purchase of products or services from us. By visiting Tuloshi.ca, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Tuloshi Studio
Tuloshi Studio is a Canadian handmade brand based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We offer handmade and hand-finished jewelry, artwork, home décor, textiles, artful gifts, vintage finds, and other carefully selected creations.
In these Terms, “Tuloshi Studio,” “Tuloshi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tuloshi Studio. “You” and “your” refer to anyone visiting our website or purchasing from us.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use Tuloshi.ca only for lawful personal and shopping purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without permission
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or interfere with another customer’s use of the website

3. Products and Handmade Variations
Most Tuloshi products are handmade or hand-finished with care. Our collections may also include selected textiles, vintage finds, and creations from other makers.
Because of the nature of handmade work, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape, measurements, brushwork, placement, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the individual character of handmade items and are not normally considered defects.
Vintage and previously owned pieces may show signs of age, wear, or natural imperfections. We will make reasonable efforts to describe their condition in the applicable product listing.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
Unless otherwise stated, decorative objects used in product photographs are not included with the purchased item.
4. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other website information are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We may correct an error, update product information, limit quantities, or withdraw a product from sale at any time.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order. You may confirm the corrected information or cancel the affected item for a refund.
5. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on Tuloshi.ca are in Canadian dollars ($ CAD).
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other clearly disclosed costs will be calculated or displayed during checkout. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Promotional offers are subject to any conditions and expiry dates stated with the promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we confirm that we can fulfill it.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Please review the confirmation and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Shipping or delivery limitations
- Inability to fulfill a custom or personalized request
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.
Please review your information carefully before submitting an order. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the requested correction if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Payments
Payments made through Tuloshi.ca are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available at checkout.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Tuloshi Studio does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information. Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared, shipped, and delivered according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Untracked shipping does not include tracking or delivery confirmation, which may limit our ability to investigate a delayed or missing package. If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can review the matter and assist with an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any delivery-related rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Regina, Saskatchewan, by prior arrangement.
Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to request local pickup. Pickup is not confirmed until you receive confirmation and instructions from Tuloshi Studio.
Customers should wait until their order is ready and pickup arrangements have been confirmed before arriving.
11. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation requests should generally be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it before delivery. It may still qualify for return after delivery under our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, bulk, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once work has begun or as otherwise disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in our Returns & Cancellations Policy or these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Custom, Personalized, Bulk, and Wholesale Orders
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, bulk, and wholesale requests are subject to availability and our approval.
Prices, quantities, designs, materials, preparation times, payment requirements, and other details may be confirmed separately before work begins.
Because these orders may require special materials or significant preparation, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, deposit, or payment conditions. Any special conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of names, dates, messages, colours, sizes, and other personalization details before approving an order. Changes may not be possible after production has begun.
13. Gift Wrapping and Handmade Cards
Gift wrapping and handmade-card options may be available for eligible items. Availability, pricing, and included features will be shown on the product page, during checkout, or confirmed separately.
If you provide a gift message, you are responsible for confirming that the wording, spelling, recipient information, and delivery address are correct.
We reserve the right not to include content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
14. Jewelry, Materials, and Allergies
Our products may contain materials such as metals, beads, clay, fabric, paint, dyes, adhesives, protective finishes, natural materials, or vintage components.
If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the product description and contact us before purchasing. Unless specifically stated and verified, our products are not represented as hypoallergenic, allergy-free, or suitable for every sensitivity.
Our jewelry and decorative products are not toys and may contain small parts. They should be kept away from young children and pets where appropriate.
15. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with a product or included in its description.
Handmade jewelry should generally be kept dry, protected from perfumes and harsh chemicals, and stored carefully when not in use. Artwork, textiles, vintage pieces, and home décor should be handled and maintained according to their materials and individual care instructions.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to water or chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on Tuloshi.ca—including the Tuloshi Studio name, logo, photographs, artwork, product designs, graphics, alpona-inspired decorative elements, text, stories, journal content, page layouts, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Tuloshi Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, copy, imitate, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Purchasing an original artwork or product does not transfer the copyright, reproduction rights, design rights, or other intellectual property rights associated with it unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
17. Reviews and Customer-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:
- The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience
- You own the content or have permission to submit it
- It does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, or other rights
- It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful
Submitting content does not automatically give Tuloshi Studio permission to use your personal photographs for advertising or social media. We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable customer photographs for promotional purposes.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Tuloshi.ca may use or provide links to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, website hosting services, analytics tools, newsletter platforms, social media services, and other technology providers.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Tuloshi Studio is not responsible for the independent content, availability, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites or services.
A link to another website does not necessarily mean that Tuloshi Studio endorses that website or all of its content.
19. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
If you choose to subscribe to marketing or newsletter communications, you may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe option provided in the message or by contacting us.
We may still send transactional communications that are reasonably necessary to process an order, arrange delivery or pickup, respond to an inquiry, or provide customer service.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep Tuloshi.ca available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend, update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, technical, operational, or business reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website interruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tuloshi Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our responsibility will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of Tuloshi.ca, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply to losses caused by Tuloshi Studio’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of legal obligations.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not retroactively change the terms of an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
25. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other authority with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any rights, remedies, or complaint processes available under applicable consumer protection laws.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Cancellations Policy, and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase, form the agreement between you and Tuloshi Studio regarding your use of Tuloshi.ca and your purchase of our products.
If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that product to the extent permitted by law.
